App data and clinical information

Dietitian App is designed as a clinical nutrition reference and calculation support tool for health professionals.

The app may allow users to enter optional clinical or health-related information, including patient ID, date of birth, sex, height, weight, BMI, growth measurements, anthropometry information, and other clinical reference or calculation inputs.

Users should not enter identifiable patient information into the app unless it is lawful, necessary, permitted by applicable privacy laws, and allowed under their workplace, professional, and clinical governance obligations.

The app does not replace individual clinical judgement, local policies, laboratory reference ranges, medical advice, or patient-specific assessment.

Payments and subscriptions may be processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, Apple, Google Play, or other payment platforms, depending on how you subscribe.

Averra Nutraceuticals does not store full credit card details. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy and security policies.

We may receive limited subscription-related information, such as subscription status, purchase history, entitlement status, transaction identifiers, renewal status, or cancellation status, where needed to provide access to paid app features.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose limited information to trusted third-party service providers where necessary to operate our website, app, subscriptions, payment processing, hosting, email communication, analytics, security, or technical support.

These providers may only access information needed to provide their services to us.
