Refunds
1.1. We do not accept returns for simply changing your mind after purchase, unless we otherwise specify, such as if you cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched, and we send you confirmation of the cancellation via email. For cancellations due to change of mind a 10% handling fee may apply.
1.2. Despite the above, nothing in these Terms of Purchase alters any rights you may have under the Australia Consumer Law. Please ensure you retain proof of purchase of purchasing products from our Site and the Products in question if you are looking at returning your Products.
1.3. You will be liable to pay us in full, cleared funds for any Products we deliver to you unless the Products were damaged or otherwise unfit for supply upon delivery and you notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of the Product(s); or if we have otherwise expressly agreed to issue you a credit.
1.4. To request a credit or a refund, please email averranutraceuticals@icloud.com and ensure you include your invoice number, product, batch number(s), quantity and reason for return. We may arrange for a courier pickup of the Products to be returned at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a freight fee if arranging for pick-up of Products that do not fall within these terms.
