Postage and Handling

1.1. Each purchase will be dispatched as a separate order and cannot be combined. We will endeavour to process orders received by 10:00am AEST on a business day on the same day, and dispatch the order on the following business day. Orders received after 10:00am AEST may not be processed until the following business day. Notwithstanding the foregoing, cold storage product orders can only be dispatched on a Monday or Tuesday (and a Wednesday for metropolitan NSW delivery addresses).

2.2. Whenever possible, orders delivered to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane will usually be delivered within 5 days of ordering, orders delivered to Adelaide, Hobart, Perth and all regional areas will usually be delivered within 7 days of ordering. BioCeuticals cannot guarantee delivery times, including due to reasons beyond our control. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday via Australia Post. You have the option to authorise Australia Post to leave your package at the delivery address by ticking the ‘authority to leave’ box during checkout. There are no weekend deliveries.

3.3. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the combined weight of the package. Any additional delivery charges incurred for special delivery requests or arrangements will be passed onto you.

4.4. We will take all necessary measures in transportation to ensure that Products are couriered in appropriate conditions.
